Tell me one other tire place that will quote you $145 to fix a nail puncture. Just Tires offered to fix it for $33, and Costco for $16. These people are disrespectful for kicking people while they are down.
This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. I was very polite with them and they left me on the side of the road for 2 hours before I could even get a call from the driver that was supposed to come replace my tire. I called every 30 minutes, got a different person every time and they all said the same thing, “the driver will call you in the next 5 minutes.” I do not recommend them at all to anybody. They’re very inconsiderate, over priced and unreliable.
