I had my oil changed there early this week the oil filter they installed had a faulty gasket and depleted my engine of All of the oil needless to say when i heard my engine making noises i pulled over immediately and checked my oil level and it was empty . John taught me how to check what parts/oil my car needs for future reference, by showing me where a sticker is located under my hood, that I did not even know I had! John had a smile the whole time and you can not beat having a free car wash come included with your service! I would def come back to Pro Lube for all my future oil changes!
