Billy Ray has always been extremely helpful. I don’t believe he would ever be sarcastic or try to get your business. I guess if you are in his driveway he would assume you wanted his help. I understand he was just making sure the dealership was open not checking on your warranty. Anyone who knows him knows he isn’t like what was described. Don’t worry Billy Ray-you have loyal customers that don’t listen to this kind of nonsense!
Owner was rude and sarcastic. had a blow out in front of his shop. while we were trying to change to our spare, he used his sarcasm and rudeness to (I guess) get us to let him fix our tire. we tried to nicely tell him we were just trying to make it to the dealership because we had a tire warranty. he actually called the dealership because he didn't believe we had a warranty on our tires. I couldn't believe the nerve! if we ever needed his services, he definitely won't be getting ours or our families.
