do the job they they would do, not half assed. lost my business and anyone I can convince not to go there
Horrible customer service. They told me the last place that changed my oil stripped the oil pan screw and they wouldn't touch my car. I went back to the last place and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my screw/oil pan. The young kids working there was just being lazy and didn't want to do the oil change. I will be finding out who the mgr is and will be talking to them.
Better customer service and listen when customer tells them what they need.

I had my oil changed there early this week the oil filter they installed had a faulty gasket and depleted my engine of All of the oil needless to say when i heard my engine making noises i pulled over immediately and checked my oil level and it was empty . I took it back to have them check it and they said the oil filter did not make a good seal and they changed my oil and said everything is fine i said "no" I want my engine checked by a auto specialist they sent me to Mario's Automotive they drained the oil and found metal ... read more

John was so knowledgeable and helpful! He really went above and beyond!! John taught me how to check what parts/oil my car needs for future reference, by showing me where a sticker is located under my hood, that I did not even know I had! John had a smile the whole time and you can not beat having a free car wash come included with your service! I would def come back to Pro Lube for all my future oil changes!
