The people that came to the house were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. I will certainly call Pro-Long again.
The leak was not fixed on the first visit, but the owner came the second visit and the leak was repaired.

When Tony came to our home, I was pleased that he was willing to humor me and took pictures of the wood under the skylight, which pro9ved without ant doubt where the leak was coming from. His team then came the following Monday and It was a surprise that the work was done in a timely manner...really pleased! Now I need to get some of his business cards to have handy as my neighbors want them. :)
Fast response, originally thought I could repair and clean the roof but they recommended someone to replace and fixed my skylites instead, hired someone 2 years earlier to fix one of them but they did an inferior job, feel confident now my skylites will be fine. They were leaking buckets.

I highly recommend Pro-Long Roof Care due to their immediate response level and monterey amount for a good job done! The owners n laborers are professional. I was quite happy for the service they gave.
Roof and gutters are clean but, the damage to other things is substantial. Blew apart a cedar fence piece, blew my planters all over the driveway and left them, Blew completely apart my swing chair canopy, and their price was more than double of my last contractor. Don't use these guys, find another cleaner and more careful and responsible cleaner. Also my down spouts are blown off in the back of the house.
