They were very professional and prompt with their service. They do great quality work
Good communication, came on time and did a good job cleaning and treating my roof.
Reasonably priced, got all the moss off our horribly mossy roof, came on time, did what they said they were going to do, environmentally sensitive, final price was within estimate range. Had to wait three weeks for an appointment but that is understandable during spring "moss season." Would definitely use again!
Excellent customer service and professional staff! Our job started a little later than our original appointment, but we were made aware right out of the gate that they were running late. We will definitely use this company again for any future roofing needs.
Nice people, easy to work with.
Very professional staff both on the phone as well as in person. They were great to work with. I believe the quality of the work to be good (but it hasn't rained yet!) I rated value a bit lower because it was expensive to have 2 people come instead of 1. To be fair, my house is three stories and so the first roofer wasn't comfortable going up on his own. I would hire Pro-Long again and recommend them.

Very pleasant and professional staff. The service man was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the repairs entailed, as well as what he could/could not do. One of the roof vents required repairs by an HVAC company rather than roofing. The repairs were done quickly and accomadated my schedule. Would definetely recommend these folks!
