Came out same day. Arrived early. The guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. Identified the problem immediately. 4 stars for value because the service call was a bit high for the few minutes of work that was actually necessary. They made up for it by tightening the bulbs in my other opener and lubricating my other garage door. Would definitely use again.
