Honest Consumer Review Pros: -They will schedule the estimate and send it right away to get your business. -When they send you the estimate they also send you the design. -Cabinets arrived ahead of time -They have a showroom where you can visit. - Economical but again you get what you pay for! Cons: -The owner doesn’t stop by when they are installing the cabinets. He sends his workers and will only stop by if there is an issue. AS A BUILDER IN THE WEST COAST WE OFFERED ANA FROM PRO KITCHEN AND DESIGN 22 HOMES THAT NEEDED KITCHEN, ISLAND , BATHROOM, LAUNDRY CABINETS. WE SPOKE ONCE ON THE PHONE SENT HER ALL THE FLOOR PLANS AFTER SEVERAL CALL BACK TO HER AT HER OFFICE NOT ONE RETURNED CALL. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I UNDERSTAND IF SOMEONE DOES NOT SHOW INTEREST IN YOUR BUSINESS OFFER THEY SHOULD AT LEAST LET YOU KNOW BACK SO YOU DONT KEEP WASTING VALUABLE TIME TRYING TO REACH THAT OFFICE THAT ANA REPRESENTS.
