If I could put zero stars I would. The serviceman (who claimed he was the owner) lied and said both the upper lock (deadbolt) and the handle lock were connected so he couldn't just replace the deadbolt. The price was exorbitant so my 84 year old neighbor living on SS paid the trip charge of $85. THEN he informed her he couldn't accept a credit card and suggested some bill pay service - she thought it was Venmo or something - which she doesn't use. He threatened her by saying he would file a police report, took pictures of he... read more

We mentioned over the phone that the service call to come out is $85 dollars and its a mandatory fee which will be applied to the job if any other work is needed or performed. When the price was given to replace for the new unit the customer declined, her locks were 50 years old and we couldn't repair it. She didn't want to pay our service call or move forward with the job. She made us wait over 40 minutes to finally decide she didn't want to move forward and write us a check with ripped corn... read more
