I’ve known Dr Poovendron for more than 10 years. He’s helped me with arthritis in my knees and hands. He introduced me to “PRP” back then and the technology has only gotten better. I recently had PRP in both hands - my thumbs in particular. The procedure is minimally painful. Recovery was a day with some swelling and Tylenol. This is now day four and the swelling is gone.
