Guy was very knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him highly! He has with deep knowledge of Minneapolis and many valuable connections for any necessary work, tune-ups, etc.
Best inspector I've used! Guy is the fourth inspector I've used for home purchases and he is by far the best. He is incredibly through in his inspections, explained everything great via Zoom, offered some great recommendations, and is a funny guy to boot. I would highly recommend.
