The best in the biz! Jim arrived to the property 10 minutes before the appointment and had everything he needed ready to go. He was very thorough and didn't mind my wife and I following along to ask questions. He explained everything he discovered in an easy to understand way and even had a good sense of humor (as a comedian, I find this important). Jim was amazing! We are purchasing a 122 year old house and Jim was very knowledgeable about the "quirks" of an old house and what to look out for. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding electrical, foundation, etc., and his report was very detailed and informative. Definitely recommend!
