Glad to see he is out of business. I regret not listening to my realtor, and choosing the cheapest house inspector. I paid dearly for it with a new roof and pipes not even a month after purchasing my new home.
We were very pleased with the promptness and thoroughness of the inspection. He walked me through his findings, positive and negative, and provided important safety tips along with detailed descriptions of his findings. The written report complete with photos was provided the same day, and was quite thorough. We would definitely recommend Michael to family and friends.
This company is great, Michelle is very thorough with his inspections. I was a ICC com, res for city’s and this company knows there. Stuff highly recommended.
I regret to inform that I am not entirely satisfied with Pro House Inspections. I suppose I got a poor service since I was out of town and not present during or after the inspection. The first thing I noticed when I moved into my property is that the garage doors are seriously dysfunctional — they open and close, but they are practically falling apart.
