Dear Dr. Blumenthal, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the way I was treated by the front desk staff during today’s visit. Unfortunately, the staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and lacking both patience and compassion—qualities that are essential, especially in a pediatric practice. Keep calling to schedule an appointment and they never pick up. I have left several messages but no return call. It’s been 3 weeks now.
Never answering the phone.
Staff never answers phone calls and is rude when they answer. Sad to see such nice doctors with rude staff. After today with staff not answering I plan on not going back. What's the point if they dont answer my calls or act annoyed when I ask questions.Sorry, but the medical assistant talks like a robot and acts like one too. She seems to hate her job and is pretty rude. Office workers are not nice except for one lady. Sad to see this place going downhill.
