I got an injury in May this year from hiking which prevented me from training for my half marathon in September. I visited Kevin, physiotherapist, multiples times to support me with my injury. He gave me a program and advice, he was supportive, approachable and friendly. I stuck to his advice and I completed my first half marathon a couple of weeks ago. I hope he sees this review as I couldn’t have done it without him! I 100% recommend him.
I had a wonderful experience with Cathy! She provided an amazing massage and walked me through the entire process, making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She was so kind and understanding and even took the time to give me a little pep talk about ambitions which meant a lot as someone who just started first year at university. I left feeling not only physically relaxed but also much better mentally. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I will definitely be booking with her again.
