Showed up and very quickly replaced the seal on my commercial shop door. Even swept the leaves up that blew into the shop while he did it.
Had a door that decided late last night to quit working. Called Pro Garage Doors this morning and my door is already fixed with new springs. Took a stressful situation the day before Thanksgiving and made it so easy on us. Everything was smooth from the person I spoke with on the phone to the service rep they sent out. 10/10.
What a breath of fresh air! Thank you, Brad. You immediately discovered the problem that our 2-car garage door was not going up. He quickly eyed that the spring was broken. I called and spoke with Mike the evening before, and here was personable, professional Brad at our service in the afternoon no. He quoted a price that was reasonable. He installed it. I am thrilled to have found and tried them. The prognosis and job took 1/2 hour. Woo hoo!
Was having a minor issue with one of our new doors. Tony showed up in a few days and diagnosed and corrected the issue immediately. He also took the time to go over the other door to make sure it was 100%. Thanks Tony!
