I have invested over 100K$ in three separate projects with the ProFunds/Valour group of real estate companies. All three have failed to deliver anywhere close to what was advertised. As previous reviewer noted, on one they have halted interest payments and communications. The other two were pulled from their administration by the authorities. Be very wary and careful when dealing with this organization!
