remitted the cost to have it examined. The fan is not spinning, despite the AC apparently functioning. The check-in money was paid, but the filter change was left undone.

To make an appointment, I gave three calls. On all three occasions, I was informed that a callback was scheduled. Nobody ever gave a call. Extremely dissatisfied with this business. Although I seldom left reviews, I felt that this was quite subpar for a five-star business.

I have been awaiting a quote for a new system for a month now. They dispatched a technician, who was excellent, but I've now had to phone, email, and text them four times before I can obtain a quote from them. If you're searching for prompt service, I'd look elsewhere.

This used to be a business I once did work with it’s so weird when you call now it gets forwarded to some other random company who is not at the area you need service in. Not only that but depending when you call the calls are sent to different companies this is horrible. I wouldn’t use these guys at all the guy who called back sounded like a scammer I reached the old owner and he told he was hacked and that this business is not his. They showed up quickly, about an hour after the initial call. Lucas the installer was professional and efficient in doing his job.
