Was happy we found them! They had a good selection and seemed like decent people. Ordered about $9000 in flooring and was told it would be there in about five days. It was to ship from about one hour down the road. Never heard from them the whole following week. The guys that did the floor broke some of the trim. They came on a Saturday for about 3 hours and then had to leave. They came back during the week of an evening and were working until 2:00 in the morning. They were going to leave the doors to the furnace and hot water heater off at my daycare because they didn’t bring the tools to cut down the door and we were open the next day! We are happy to do the 1/4 round for you. We have to get you on the schedule. We where told that you had someone to do it. We just have to get you on the schedule as we said in the email. RecommendedI had “Pro Floors” install a linoleum floor in my kitchen. The installation crew was courteous and polite while here and did excellent work. I would recommend this company and have them for further jobs.

We ran short on material. We had to order more then get it shipped. We run on a short staff during this time. We said we will be there as soon as it came in and now that it did we sent installers right over. We have been in contact with you and apologized but things like this happen. Calling repeatedly when our only office person is with a customer dont make it get delivered any faster. We are on the job finishing it as I'm posting this. We do apologize but we can only do so much.
I have hired Pro Floors at home and had some of the best tile work done for the company I work for. They are a down to earth bunch and would recommend them to everyone. Stay healthy and safe.
