Pro Fitness Network remains, for me, a "must"...All of the individuals that make up Pro Fitness are so knowledgeable, energetic, helpful, supportive, and simply "The Best"!!!! Even after 13+ years, I continue to work out with Carina, Julie, Katina, etc., look forward to my therapeutic massages, and interact with absolutely the very most wonderful, loving, and caring fellow "exercisers"! I can't recommend this entire atmosphere enough! Love you all!!!!
I've been with Pro Fitness for over 10 years now... and love it! I had memberships at gyms all over Pasadena before finally finding Carina and her wonderful fitness center. I take her Semi-Personal Training class. I really don't need a personal trainer's attention every minute. There are between 2 - 5 people per class. I get the attention I need and it's much less expensive than Personal Training. The massage services are fantastic as well.
Margie Delez has saved my quality of life!! After three years of chronic plantar fasciitis, she massaged my feet back to pain free walking! I am so grateful to her. Forget the cortisone injections…go to Margie Delez!
Amazing place to get personal attention while working out without getting bored. Great place to get a massage to get out the kinks too! Ask for Margie.
