Incredibly rude customer service.
This company and service team know what they are doing. They value good customer service, and their pricing is fair. Chris repaired 2 of my refrigerators. He has 30 years' experience, communicates well and completed the repair quickly. I highly recommend them.

Called my Lowe's Protection Plan number when my Kitchen Aid dishwasher stopped working; they scheduled Pro First. So impressed with them. Chris showed up Monday -- after testing decided it needed a new circuit board and said it would have to be ordered & might take over a week to get. I called that afternoon and asked Katina if I could pay for Fed Ex to get it quicker. She said she thought she could get it by Friday without Fed Ex. Pro First Appliance has been wonderful to work with - both their office manager Katina and their technician Chris were professional, on time, kind, and genuinely wanted to solve our problem! We requested service through our home warranty (we needed a new lint screen in our dryer, and after LG provided the parts, we were still having issues…clothes were being torn up from improper fit of the lint screen and housing). Pro First THEN helped us get a new dryer out of it! I highly recommend this company!
