Charlie is the BEST! We live out in Newcastle and he communicates honestly, is super professional, work is outstanding and prompt . This is our 2nd time using them. It was a year ago the first time and he remembers EVERYTHING; the layout of my house, the prior work, my family, everything! They will be the only ones we use! ❤️❤️
