Andrea returned my call quickly, quoted me (fair price) and scheduled me the same day she returned the call. Later that day they sent Jordan to come out. He was friendly, personable and definitely a pro. He found an extra issue I was unaware of and fixed it real quick. Everything was done within the hour AND Jordan called his dad to ask him about paint removal for a totally unrelated project I had! Love a family business. Although I hope I don’t have to I will definitely hire these folks again ;)

We had an urgent problem affecting the plumbing in my whole house, preventing use of all facilities. Called on a Saturday, and Rick was here within an hour of my message. The issue was fixed in less than two hours and I paid a fair price. Great service!

I had use Prodrain for several of my properties. Today, Kyle came out to help me on a suspected blocked drain that was overflowing when the washer is running. He was on time, professional and efficient. He quickly took care of the problem, and tested the drainage to make sure the problem has been resolved. I also requested him to help with a blocked storm drain, and he quickly pointed out its just dirt and grass blocking the mouth of the drain and can be easily cleaned up by hand, he did not charge me for that. I hired Prodrain rooter to address three issues: a loose faucet in the bathroom sink, an upstairs toilet leak, and a leak under the kitchen sink. Although they correctly fixed the toilet leak, they claimed the bathroom faucet needed replacement despite being new, and failed to resolve the kitchen sink leak. When I contacted them they demanded an additional $195 to revisit the issue, which I thought was unfair since the initial problem was not fixed. Had a clogged tub drain and called after hours. Got a plumber (Jordan) within an hour who fixed our clog in about 10 minutes. It was $160 plus $80 for being an emergency service, which seemed pretty fair. Kind, courteous, and efficient. Can't ask for more.
