Pro Drain - IS THE BEST! Our sewer pipe kept backing up no matter what we did. We were able to make an appointment for the next day with Pro Drain. We also needed a sewer scope to present to the city. Kyle came out right on time and took care of everything. He answered all our questions; he was professional and friendly. Pro Drain was out same day, charged a flat rate that they freely give on their website and phone, and cleared my kitchen sink clog within an hour. They were friendly, personable, and answered all the questions I had. They will be my first call for any future drain issues.
About two years ago, I called Pro Drain to fix a kitchen sink that had been draining slowly for many years. It had gotten so bad it would take over 30 minutes for a full sink to empty. Kyle came out and worked for hours over two days, determined to fix it -- and he did. He said it was one of the toughest clogs he'd ever seen and suspected the issue may have been caused by years of rinsing out glasses that had contained Metamucil (not pouring it down the drain, just the residue). Our kitchen Drain was plugged up. I called our plumber and they said, “Call Pro Drain.” I did and less than four hours later Thomas arrived at our door. He was friendly knowledgeable and he got the job done. The price was right my sink is clear. I’m cooking dinner tonight. Thanks to Pro Drain and Thomas.
Andrea returned my call quickly, quoted me (fair price) and scheduled me the same day she returned the call. Later that day they sent Jordan to come out. He was friendly, personable and definitely a pro. He found an extra issue I was unaware of and fixed it real quick. Everything was done within the hour AND Jordan called his dad to ask him about paint removal for a totally unrelated project I had! Love a family business. Although I hope I don’t have to I will definitely hire these folks again ;)
