Pro Doors did a great job. Arrived on time. Only took one hour to replace springs and opener. Prices comparable to others. We are happy with the service and would recommend Pro Doors.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS!! Came out for a service call due to warranty. Problem remained once he left. Called for him to come back out and he wanted another service call fee, Why would we pay him again if he never fixed the initial problem. Would not stand behind his work, decided to part ways and another company came out and fixed the issue for half the price. Not knowledgeable enough to know how to fix a simple problem apparently.
Didn't wanna cover warranty, wanted to charge for service fee a month after he installed opener. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
Excellent customer service family-owned business. It's good to see a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone also the price was right
Robert was great and quick! I needed a spring replacement and Pro Doors was the only company to pick up, and I was lucky enough to have the owner out the same day. No nonsense, straight to the repair, and at a fair price. He also offered a military discount. If I ever have an issue again I'll only be using Pro Doors.
