I had a pleasant experience with Rova. Rented a VAN for 3 days. Although the VAN was not very new but does not bother me as long as it does the job. Easy return and they refunded the BOND next day.
NEVER rent here. On Friday at 5pm we received an email that our car - scheduled for pick up on Saturday at 10am - would not be available. This after we had received written confirmation. They ruined our trip. Do not trust this agency. Do not make plans that depend on renting a car from these people. They should be out of business.
