They are always understaffed (like 1 or 2 people working), wait can be an hour easy. Very high turnover, which doesn't allow you to find someone you like and stick with them. I've managed to get a decent haircut here for last 6 years with a few exceptions.
At first thought the cut was "okay". After it dried and I look closer I noticed just how bad Danielle butchered it and it is no where near what I wanted. I won't be returning.

I have not had a bad experience. Between Dalton and Jennifer they are awesome. All the employees are good and cut the hair exactly the way you want it done. Keep up the good work!
