Do they even know how to follow simple instructions. Same haircut for years. This is first place to royally screw it up. Your better off trying to do it yourself than go here.

Went in for a trim and came out with hair way to short. It was not what I asked for. Never going back here and will make sure friends nor family go there either. Ridiculous
