In my opinion, Pro Cote only cares about Pro Cote. I think they are shady. I think they are lazy and tired because they don't stand behind their work. Instead, they stand behind the fine print in their contract which states, in essence, that even if the job they were hired to do is COMPLETELY BOTCHED, and everyone agrees that the job is COMPLETELY BOTCHED, the fine print requires you to pay 90% of the full contract price.
