RecommendedPatrick is great at is work. I called Pro Cool this morning and got a window time from 4-6pm. I got a call from Patrick at 4pm that he will be at my home in 20-30mins. He got here on time and got to work. He knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed what needed to be fixed and no bs around the bush. He charged a reasonable price and informed me about the coupon on the website. Thank you Patrick for getting my home cool again.
I contacted Pro Cool after hours via the HomeAdvisors website after a long hot summer day with no AC. Patrick responded quickly via email and arranged to come out the next day. He showed up on time, dressed professionally, covered his shoes (which is good since I had just cleaned the carpets). I could tell that he was likely a manager or owner of the company.
