Very pleased with office staff and timely response of any issue that has arisen. Some of the other reviews are not a reflection of PCM, this and any other management company for that matter assists with managing the communities on behalf of the HOA’s not the individual unit or homeowner when it comes to renting or leasing. Issues within a unit is between the owner and tenant not the HOA nor the management company.
Terrible company. Doesn't respect the home owner. Never in the office. Never answers the phone. Rude and disrespectful when they do pickup. RUN! dont walk away from this company.
I lived in the same apartment for 3 years. It was like pulling teeth to have anything fixed when it broke or wasn’t working. My stove was so old you couldn’t even get the parts for it and they still wouldn’t replace it. After I moved out I had the apartment professionally cleaned. I received my final bill which stated I had a 400.00 refund. When I called about it, I was placed on hold and told to disregard it.
