SHOVED MY 73 YEAR OLD MOTHER into the wall today when she asked for her hard drive back. My mother took her computer in after her computer crashed. She was told there would be a 65.00 charge. After finding out there would be an additional 165.00 plus other additional charges that they would not disclose, she asked to have her hard drive back (willing to forgo the original 65). The technician refused and SHOVED her into the wall. She had to call the police. DO NOT GO HERE!!
BEWARE! – Took my mini laptop in for an estimate for repairs & as with any store you are to pay an initial fee for the assessment of repairs, which in this case was $65, not a problem. During this visit I said several times that I only wanted an estimate of repairs & once notified I could make a decision as to dumping more money into a inexpensive lap top. When I put in an order, I get the equipment the next day and in excellent condition. They provide reasonable prices and exchange defective items with ease. Computer Life Savers! – I am in the middle of my work when I noticed that my display is acting really weird and I got scared that my computer might crash so I immediately turned it off and called several computer places near my area and they advised me to change the graphic card. Slow and ineffective – I seriously doubt the highly positive ratings on this site. The poor grammar make it sound like they are done by foreigners paid by this company to write positive reviews... or done by the company itself, since they always say repairs were done for great prices or less than competitors' prices rather than giving hard numbers which a reader might be able to use to gauge the true price of things at this store. Best repair place and Very fast service. – I am a frequent computer user that needs a lot of repair on my systems. I have G5 that I use for graphic design and It had a problem with the operating system. I brought it to Pro Computer Center and the fixed my problem within two days and backed up my data that I needed to keep. Great Customer Service, Very affordable and Fast Turn Around time! – I had a really great experience with Pro Computer Center, not just they fixed the motherboard on my laptop, they recovered all my information with a very affordable price! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GO HERE. – This place has had to close and reopen under a new name due to the bad reputation. Google search BMI Computers fraud. It is the same place.
