I have been a member of PRO Club Bellevue for more than 10 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. After showering at the club, my locker would not open and I had no clothes. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I also walked around trying to find a staff member but could not find anyone available to help. Terrible customer service. Very dirty as in food wrappers just randomly around. Cold impersonal atmosphere. They lock you in to a contract that you cannot quit.
