I had been on a trip and had bugs on the front of my car. Used a product at home and got quite a bit off, but wanted to finish up with a good service. Paid for their top full service package, over $30, and it still had bugs on the windshield and car. I mentioned it to the gentleman finishing wiping down and he did try to get a few off, but I drove away looking at bugs on the windshield after prewashing it myself and paying for their highest wash. And more were still on the car. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.
High cost + poor results = not returning. Paid $43...exterior was ok, interior hardly looked like it was touched in many places. Top of dash and instrument area wasn’t touched. Center console and seats were barely touched. Only top of doors wiped down. Door arm rest barely touched. 🤦🏻♂️
I spent $150 here and waited for almost an hour and a half. I was told "we had to get the other sales done before yours" as I was a paying customer & waited in line like everyone else. I was told my car would "look like a brand new car" so for the time & money spent.. I didnt figure I would fine straw wrappers & food crumbs under the seat. I contacted them via message with photos... my message was opened but never addressed. I will not be back & I will not recommend!!!
For quick wash they are good, I recommend. For a 280$ detail, I do not recommend. Popped hood still leaves around wiper motor and vent. Nothing in the engine bay touched. Popped trunk still some dirt and leaves around gasket. Finger prints on glass, vents dirty, visors had dirt on them still. Also plenty of dog hair still in car. Would understand for a 50-100$ detail when they are busy but the place was slow and they had the car for 4 hours. The moline and east kimberly locations are the best !
Took my car in because it was dirty and just got back from a road trip. so the front of the car was covered in bugs. They are still on there. I would have taken back through, but the employees are not taking covid very seriously. They were spitting and wearing the towels that they dry people's cars with on their heads.
Just spent 160 for full interior clean and exterior clean. Of course they tried to up sell me. Make sure you throughly check your vehicle Before leaving the lot. These are what my wheel wells look like. Did they even get touched? I called and said they would fix them for me. They should be car washing 101. Won’t be back
Seats were not vacuumed, I paid $55 for the top cleaning pkg. Would not recommend.
