We took my girlfriends 2020 Buick encore for a wash and interior detail and for the most part was decent. They never seem to get the front windshield completely clean on the interior and did not get the inside bottom door holders or the drawer under seats. $60 is not a whole Lotta money but at least the job needs to be done that was paid for.

I would not recommend Pro Clean to anyone. Pretty pricey for very little cleaning done. In order for them to touch ANY surface on the inside of your car it costs $75, however right now they are running a $55 special. Also ridiculous. Otherwise you are paying $30 plus dollars for an outside wash. Waterpark (previous owners) offered more reasonable prices and higher level of service, that including wiping down the inside of your car at even the basic level cost. I will not be returning here.
Frist time to moline they did a great job .
I was just there and only 2 out of all the employees had a mask on. The person that asked me what wash I wanted didn't have on a mask, the cashier guy didn't have on a mask. 2 people that got in my car did wear a mask. This is Illinois and it's mandatory to have a mask on. Then I get home and saw the front of my car. I still had all the bugs in the it. I also had soap residue on the car and tires.
This is for a buddy of mine he is not on fbook that went to the one in Moline yesterday morning for exterior only. They just recently bought out Waterpark Car wash. Noticed this morning when he went out to run an errand came across some not welcomed scuffed marks on the drivers door. Supervisor said it was not from the rollers or the strips that run on the front and the side of vehicles.
