We had a man named Rodriguez work a miracle on a carpet for us yesterday. I thought we would have to replace, but he definitely extended the life of this carpet 1-2 years more than if even other technicians did it. 10 years in the rental industry and I’ve never given a carpet cleaner a 5 star review. Rodriguez was a magician with it though. Very impressed. Unfortunately can’t post before pictures, but the after picture is insanely clean
