We have been using Pro Carpet for years and always satisfied. I will say Jeff did an amazing job on stained carpet. He was friendly, kept me informed and quick.
I'm a manager at Lexington Village and we use Pro Carpet there, but due to the heavy rain I had water come in my apartment at Lakeside. This is the first time I've had to use Pro Carpet personally and was very impressed. Drake showed up in a timely fashion, was personable and professional. Pro carpet is the best. Highly recommend.
