I am a first time customer and brought a white linen suit in to be cleaned I only wore once with no stains, really only needed pressing but I paid to get it cleaned. Unfortunately it was ruined, the color was no longer white with discoloration all over. I still gave 3 stars because despite the ruined suit the owner made it right and compensated me for the suit. It may not have been the full cost but I felt he had the integrity to do the right thing. That showed he has good business practices and that is rare nowadays!

I hardly write reviews for places but felt like it was necessary for Pro Care Cleaners. Was in a pinch to get a police uniform dry cleaned for a ceremony. Reached out to Pro Care and was met with amazing customer service over the phone and even better in person. I was able to get the uniform dry cleaned within the short timeframe and it looked fantastic! I couldn’t recommend this business enough for your dry cleaning needs!
