I have had some really good luck over the years with mechanics up in the Bay Area. When I relocated to OC a month ago I met Jim, and had multiple vehicles in for service. This is by far, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a shop. Jim is one of the most honest, genuine and caring mechanics I have had the pleasure of working with. The communication is amazing and the customer service is top notch. I 100% will be an ongoing return customer and recommend anybody to get work done here.
This is a great auto repair shop. Jim is an honest business owner
Very condescending to me and very judgmental.
We have taken our cars to Procare for years. Upon losing my husband unexpectedly, I have been very “dependent on them!” Fair, understanding, and loyal. Even fixed a tire that had run over (dash light on) a screw with immediacy and no charge. They are amazing! THANK YOU!!!!
