I just paid $213 for oil change and safety check. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!! UNACCEPTABLE to call it “service”. Did not add back in enough oil! Apparently dropped/lost an original bolt, replaced with a rusted one AND did not tighten it! Safety check? Laughable! You don’t leave loose bolts and call that safety! Next, common sense would say on a dirt bike, as part is a safety check, the air filter would at least be checked AND blown out, if replacement is not yet needed, right? No done. we financed a bike thru ur shop. had some problems that a bad review eventually fixed. but now we have another problem and once again here I am doing a bad review since nobody wants to help again. this review is staying this time cuz we shouldn't b dealing wth all this BS. and both problems we had were on ur end. wishing we had got our bike elsewhere at this point
called twice for 2 different atv to have them work on and was told nope we will pass.. 1 was 10 yrs old and the other was older but was a polaris. so if you have a bike thats older dont bother calling them. was told its not worth our time. ok that the way you guys are. I have bought bikes, atv, and gear from them. not any more.

Hi Steve, We really do appreciate your business in the past and hate to lose you as a customer but we do stand by our age limits for Service Units. The issue is twofold. One issue is that most manufactures have stopped making a lot of the parts for older vehicles so often times we get something torn down to find out it needs certain parts that we cannot get and then of course the customer doesn't want to pay for anything in spite of our techs often times having hours into working on these machine.
