Jake hooked it up when I called him and told him about my bad experience with power motor sports staff and that they had a little better price. He said “give me a minute” called me back within minutes and said come on down, we are gonna match powers price and treat you better and he did everything he said he would.

Huge shoutout to Devin at ProCaliber. He was a huge help in making my son's birthday present come to life. They didn't have what I wanted but, he kept in touch with me thru the whole process and we walked out of there with a different bike that I'm sure my son will love for years to come. Devin took time to keep in contact even on his days off! He had all the paperwork ready to go for me when I got there and I was in and out of there in an hour! I was given Pro Caliber as a place to go for a good deal. Man, I was not disappointed. My sales rep was Rees. He was more than helpful. Even dealt with my kid's silly questions. He took the time to answer all my questions, and even make a few good suggestions himself. I drove 3 hours for my machine, Rees offered to give directions to restaurants and local food suggestions. I WILL BE RETURNING FOR FUTURE BUSINESS.
