Worst customer service ever. Went in for a new set of tires on my 954RR and ended up barely avoiding a serious accident when their "techs" failed to reinstall crucial parts of the rear axle assembly..... they then failed to accept any responsibility in the matter saying it rward a preexisting condition...... yet the wheel bearings they say were bad were only 2months/300 miles old.....hmmm more like low caliber. Punks.
Walked in wanting to buy my son a dirtbike for his birthday, had came in the week before and priced out bikes so I had brought cash, the salesman told me it would be another $600.00 over the listed price for set up and fees, I made one phone call to another shop and they said they never charge added fees or set up fees, I’ll save the extra 600 apparently the listed price is false
Welp...Pro Caliber in Bend has done it again. Outstanding service with extremely knowledgeable staff in every department. I’ve purchased 3 motorcycles from them so far, and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend them for anything motorsport related ��
Rolled a brand new Husky FX350 out the door yesterday. They took my bike on trade and got me in a new one for a hell of a deal. Thanks Heath and Ryan 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Sales is awesome... we love Frank. Service on the other hand is not our favorite. They have no communication skills, they do not follow through on what they tell you they will do and they are rude. The service department really needs to take a lesson from the awesome sales staff there. I understand businesses being busy and having to schedule two weeks out for drop off, but they have now had our seadoo sparks for a month and we have not been given an update in 2 weeks.
