Super easy buying experience, no hassle, no pressure! The battery on our son’s new YZF 250 needed to charge overnight, and so they delivered it to us the next night. They went above and beyond to get it to us. We were hit with a winter storm, and it took over 2 hrs to get to our house, and it was dropped it off after 8pm the night before Thanksgiving. Great group of people!

I’ve a number of new bikes from various shops over the years. I was skeptical of having a positive experience at Pro Caliber, and I only know their reputation pre-Hannah ownership. Jake was not only the most accommodating and knowledgeable moto-salesperson I’ve ever worked with, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy with my purchase. If it wasn’t for his caring demeanor and honest help, I would have gone elsewhere. Really the best! Thanks Jake!
