Dedicated staff, friendly atmosphere and the perfect place for an awesome workout! Offers a variety of classes. I love the environment and the friendly staff! Erick always does a great job pushing people above and beyond their limits! Highly recommend this gym!

This gym has great classes offered. I am constantly learning and I never get bored. I am in the best shape of my life and I am still improving! The best gym around!

Great place for place for beginners or those just trying to get fit. Friendly staff. Gym is easily accessible. Plenty of equipment even if you don't have your own and just want to trial a class.
Best boxing gym ever its like a boxing family u train n hangout and most of all its runned by my brother great friend n family again i urge everyone to come n try and train with my brother n his coaches u won't regret it
