Absolutely fantastic experience at Pro Bike and Run! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to understand my needs and provide personalized recommendations. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, they've got everything you need: bikes, gear, shoes, apparel, and expert advice.
I came in to purchase two bikes, for me and my partner. Derrick and Zeke were excellent in answering all my questions and advising me on which bikes best fit our casual, urban biking routes. We ultimately landed on the Canondale Quick CX 2’s and swapping out the handlebar stems to adjustable stems. The bikes were shipped in from other stores and fully assembled within 2 weeks. We’re very pleased with our overall experience!
