Steve K. is the best! Exceptional mechanic, incredibly knowledgeable about everything relating to bikes.
Staff had no knowledge of brakes to help me obtain replacements despite having a photo of the brakes and knowing my bike brand. Why call yourselves bike professionals? Then after bringing my bike into the shop, the next day, they still could not help me. The tech took my rear tire apart to look at the brakes and now all my gears skip. My bike is now un-rideable and they claim they won't do anything to help me.
