I have visited this store 2wice to fill up air in my bikes. I love this store, very humble and helpful staff. One of the bike expert help me understand how to select the road bike and guided me. My tube blown up when staff was filling up the air and they replaced it. I think that is very kind gesture. The staff is very customer friendly.
Dave was extremely knowledgeable, but more so, was kind and thoughtful in explaining EVERYTHING to a new bicyclist!! Excellent customer service!!
Sam was so helpful and honest in helping me find the right shoe.
