Dropped off bike for service and was promised it would be ready in one week (even the service tag showed 8/28/2010 as the ready date). Bike was NOT ready and service still wasn't complete on 8/31. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the beligerent service kid to return my bike missing a few parts! Wait another 20 minutes! Very rude and childish staff.
