I am furious at the DISRESPECT my daughter & I was given here!!!!! This lady raised her voice in the RUDEST WAY POSSIBLE! Because I politely asked her if she can"be careful" when fixing my daughter's pinky nail!!!!!! (which was hurt from the snip she had done prior to)WOW,WOW,WOW!!!!! This place is awful!!!! the lady who "helped" me was not only rude but she messed up my nails. first of all, she used the drill to remove my polish and when I asked her not to she ignored me and continued. then when I started to get mad she looked at me and said ITS just the TOP, almost yelling at me. then when she started the manicure she hurt me and drew blood. I paid for the remova and WALKED OUT.
