Contacted Larry about installing an above grade egress window under a deck. He did a great job explaining what to expect, and was very prompt in having his team install the window. The project manager reviewed the site early before stating anything, so my yard was spared the use of any heavy equipment due to their planning. They were very good about listening to where I wanted the window and explaining why a slightly different location would be better. Hire at your own risk. This is what we have to deal with! The window well fills up with water because it is not sealed to the foundation. The window is not sealed and lets water into our basement. We had requested that Larry Otte comes out to fix it and he replied that the seal was fine and service calls cost money. Home Advisor is the site that recommend him and they also put in a 1 star review in an my behalf to which Larry's response was that I attacked his family and we are terrorists!

Egress window installed. Window was put in crooked. Made them pull it out and re install level. No other issues with workmanship. However, I still have not received a screen for the window. Was told they would bring it by later in the week after window was installed. We are now a couple months later, and after repeated calls with excuses and poor communication I still have no screen. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Wow! They were a screen away from having a happy customer.
