My experience regarding a basement remodel was similar to that of the others who filed complaints. Hence, I will spare you the horror stories. I find it interesting that ***** **** has so many excuses and often blames the customer rather than accepting responsibility. Suffice it to say, his record of complaints speaks for itself. I would not recommend doing business with this firm. If you do hold back at least 25% or more until completion and put in a liquidated damages clause if the work exceeds an established date. If you want your basement to be finished on time - pick a different company. We sat with Larry in our kitchen to explain what we would like for our finished basement. A main concern of ours is that the last time we had a basement finished we had a horrible experience with the last company and didn't want to go through that nightmare again. Pro basement put in a sump pump for us last year and gave us a great price and did a real good job
We use ProBasement for all of our foundation repair needs. They are reliable and very prompt with every service call I submit. The staff is extremely friendly and the pricing is reasonable!

The execution of our basement project was mediocre and the end result is very amateur in appearance. The project took MUCH longer to complete than planned. The drywall and paint work is very poor quality. Our bathroom looks like we hired high school students to build it, with uneven trim, paint on fixtures, overall very sloppy. They used two types of can lights, so the ceiling looks like badly planned DIY project. Our tub/shower has only a shower head, no tub spigot. Larry and the entire team at Pro Basement have been life savers. My mother's basement and bathrooms were in need of LONG overdue repairs..from water damage, plumbing stack pipe deterioration to revamping the laundry area. Larry came in with his team of hard working, skilled, conscientious, knowledgeable craftsmen and breathed new life into an old home. After years of trying to piece together solutions with different contractors, it was a HUGE relief to find one company who did it right. I highly recommend this company!!!
