Excellent job with the new egress on our home. Larry and his crew were easy to work with, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend!!
Pro basement did an excellent job!!! They installed a sump pump, drain tile and repaired 3 cracks in our basement. They where prompt, courteous, thorough, honest and I would HIGHLY recommend their services!!!

I emailed about getting basement water proofed got email today about it so I called company. Lady on phone is rude when she told me I put it in on Saturday I said thought was on friday but ok that's fine either way she then canceled my appointment said I know how this is going to go you already arguing about date. Told her was arguing simply said thought was on friday and as I was talking she said bye and hung up on me I called back and she just so nasty. Wouldn't give company like this a dollar

This customer expected a immediate appointment and started his request with an attitude. As always we do not negotiate with terrorist, foreign or domestic. I paid $60.00 for his lead and he thinks he was wronged....small man!!! I want my money back!!!
FANTASTIC company to work with. Found them on Home Advisors. We are real estate investors and when we buy houses with water issues, Pro Basement is the first company I will be contacting.

They did a fine job. Polite, respectful, and on time. When the job was finished they cleaned up the mess. Only way job could have been better would be if it was free. It wasn't free but was much cheaper than my other bids. Would definitely do business with Larry and his crew again.

I had Pro Basement address basement leaks in our home this past Fall and could not be happier with the worked they performed. After receiving a couple of bids on the project, we chose Pro Basement because they offered the most thorough work at the best dollar value. The Pro Basement crew were punctual, professional and well skilled in their field. Pro Basement's owner , Larry ****, kept personally involved with all aspects of the project. If I could give Pro Basement more than five stars I would. They are that good!

my wife and I were looking for a contractor to finish our basement and Larry from Pro Basement came out and within 30 minutes gave us a quote that was half the price of the other contractors and came up with a design and had a 3D walkthrough of what our basement would look like within 1 hour.
