Tech came out, really nice guy. I thought my pool pump was broken, it took him all of 5 minutes to figure out my pool filter went bad. Instead of trying to make a problem seem expensive, he showed me and explained to me what to do. He drove out to my house and wasn’t here long but didn’t charge me anything. It’s nice to know good people still exists. Highly recommend this company, they are an honest company who know their stuff. 10/10
Great Service I highly recommend Pro Backyard Pool Service! They do a great job keeping my pool clean and looking beautiful. They are professional, reliable, and very responsive whenever I have a question or concern. I especially appreciate the weekly updates and pictures showing the work that was completed. It gives me peace of mind knowing my pool is being properly taken care of. Great company and great customer service—I’m very happy with their service!
If I could leave a 0 star I would. This is literally my first service from this company and my pool looks as though it has not been touched. There is still dirt at the bottom of my pool and the filter!! They already stated they were coming yesterday, didn’t show up, and then didn’t respond to the message sent during business hours about when someone was going to show up until the next day.
